On March 22, 2008 I celebrated Holi festival with my family. Technically the day after Holi, it is celebrated in small pockets with friends, families, and neighbors by playfully applying all sorts of color to others, soaking everybody with water, and dancing all the while. While its harder for me to totally immerse because I only knew a few people, it was still a great time, and something I'm sad I've missed most of my life.
