In October of 1997, I went to meet Niyati in Spain, for a 3 week vacation. We were meeting for the first time since our brief meeting in South Africa in 1996. This is where Niyati really fell in love with my charm and good looks. My good friend Maria took good care of us in Madrid, taking us to all the coolest places, restaurants, and nightclubs. Even went to see Real Madrid play soccer at the main stadium. After spending 4 days in Madrid, we spent the next 2 1/2 weeks driving south, then east, and then north up the east coast to Barcelona, before heading back to Madrid.
