Day 1: Start at Naya Pul. Walk 3 hours along river and through terraced farmland to just after Birethanti. Starting elevation 1070 meters. Ending elevation 1100 meters.
Day 2: Walk 7 hours up to Ghorepani, climbing 3000 step stairway along the way. Mainly terraced farmland, but rainforest at the end. Starting elevation 1070 meters. Ending elevation 2750 meters.
Day 3: Walk up to Poon Hill at 3190 meters. Walk back down to Ghorepani, and 5 hours to Tadapani through rainforest. Starting elevation 2750 meters. Ending elevation 2590 meters.
Day 4: Walk 5 hours to Chomrong through rainforest and terraced farmland. Starting elevation 2590 meters. Ending elevation 2070 meters.
Day 5: Walk 5 hours to Doban, through rainforest and valley. Starting elevation 2070 meters. Ending elevation 2505 meters.
Day 6: Walk 5 hours to Machapuchare Base Camp, through rainforest, and alpine scrub land. Starting elevation 2505 meters. Ending elevation 3700 meters.
Day 7: Walk 2 hours to Annapurna Base Camp, through alpine scrub. Starting elevation 3700 meters. Ending elevation 4100 meters.
Day 8: Walk 5 hours back to Bamboo, along same path. Starting elevation 4100 meters. Ending elevation 2400 meters.
Day 9: Walk 5 hours up and down to Jhinhu Hot Springs, mainly through terraces. Starting elevation 2400 meters. Ending elevation 1780 meters.
Day 10: Walk 5 hours to Landruk, through small villages and terraces, crossing the river along the way. Starting elevation 1780 meters. Ending elevation 1565 meters.
Day 11: Walk 5 hours to Dhamphus, through forests and along the ridge. Starting elevation 1780 meters. Ending elevation 1650 meters.
Day 12: Walk 1 hour down to Phedi. Starting elevation 1650 meters. Ending elevation 1130 meters.
